right, i got itchy and decided to update. i think the new look's pretty apt.

i have also included a section of my personal recs. for books and films, under 'scars'. will update this now and then.

currently, i'm reading this:


i think it's going to be something like The Little Prince, you know, so deceptively naive.

school has begun, and with it for me came sickness from too much partying before term started. and of course there was insomnia, brought over from imagining the day as night.
i don't like this one bit.

i was reading through my old journals (i make it a point to be habitual about this) and i found this quote from Before Sunrise:

"If there is any kind of magic in this world, it must be in the attempt of understanding someone, sharing something I know. It's almost impossible to succeed, but... who cares, really? The answer must be in the attempt."

this is the reason for my itch. :)
